Grants

Since 1929, the Vanderburgh Medical Alliance has focused on supporting and promoting quality health care and education in our community.

This goal is accomplished by Alliance service projects and fundraiser, the proceeds from which provide grant support to other medical-related charitable organizations and programs that impact quality of life in the tri-state area.

VMA grants will be awarded to applicants with programming that compliments the VMA mission and will have the greatest impact. Applications MUST be for program funding rather than general operating expenses. The most recent awards have been between $500 and $2,000.

If you are already registered in their system, simply use the login/password from your initial account creation.  If you are not registered in their system, choose “Create New Account” and complete the registration process. Once you have created or logged into your account and are at your Dashboard, follow the steps below to gain access to our grant application:

Helpful Tips

  • Do not click the Submit Form button until you have completed all sections of the application, attached any required documents, and proofread your entries. You may save your application and return to finish it at a later time by clicking the “Save as Draft” button.
  • If you do not have a required document in digital format or do not have access to a scanner in order to convert it into a PDF document, use the Fax to File tool, located in the menu. The Fax to File tool allows you to “scan” the document using a fax machine, which will then allow you to save the document in digital format.
  • Add administrator@grantinterface.com to your “safe” email sender and receiver lists.  Email messages that we send to you directly from the grant management system will come from this email address.
  • Check your email daily in case we have questions about your application.
